Companies can offer their staff access to exclusive deals from more than 300 brands, boosting employee happiness, loyalty, and engagement. Employees can easily browse and find personalized discounts through the platform.

I conducted research to understand what motivates employees and what challenges companies face in keeping their teams. Based on this, I designed key features that help engage employees and meet company needs.

I created a simple and easy-to-use interface where employees can quickly find discounts, tested them with stakeholders, and refined the design based on their feedback.
